Order Cancellation:
The Projecto Optico understand that we all make mistakes and in the event of a request to do wrong or need to cancel, we will do our best to satisfy you.
Always receive an email when the order is submitted, to cancel just before that, please contact using email or chat.
You will also receive a cancellation confirmation email. If for some reason we have sent the order, will only have to return it back within 14 days in the same condition they received it.
Once we receive your order, we will refund your credit in full, including the value of the return shipping of the order.
Returns Defects or dissatisfaction:
Disposable contact lenses that are damaged or show abnormally soon damaged, must be returned in order to be analyzed in the laboratory by the manufacturer.
In cases of manufacturing parameters specific to yourself, the lenses can not be returned unless they have a manufacturing problem. Must return the lenses to be analyzed in the laboratory by the manufacturer.
Your lenses will be replaced or your money will be refunded upon receipt of return, being credited to the payment card account from which the money was originally debited or transfer to your bank account.
If eventually the order is not delivered in the best condition, please contact us.
You can make a return within 14 days of purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction, you can contact our customer support in order to resolve the dissatisfaction and improve our services.
Conditions for Return:
• Products can not be opened; lenses discolored or show any kind of damage
• With copy of receipt
We suggest that you keep proof of return shipping of products.
Refunds will be paid as soon as possible and may take up to 30 days for returns charged to the product manufacturer.
