Is it safe to order contact lenses online?
It is safe now to make payment for products online, your personal data are transmitted through secure connections protected by digital certificates (SSL) security, where all information is encrypted.
In the case of ProjectoOptico, your information is protected by the certificate AlphaSSL.
Paying online is safe?
Used as methods of payment: Payment by ATM reference; bank transfer and cash on delivery. These methods are super safe because it does not have to give any personal information.
We also use the payment by Paypal, this system is the most widely used and secure, allowing you to carry your shopping without having to disclose their credit card to any other company other than Paypal.
Is my personal information protected?
The customer's personal information and your privacy is always protected under the law and can only and exclusively be used by the Projecto Optico.
The data may also be used for shipments of domestic advertising and / or informational emails.
Why the prices are lower online?
The prices online are lower only due to the possibility of lowering profit margins, as there are fewer charges such as: the high costs inherent in an open space to the public, fewer employees, ...
The only impossibility of further lowering the prices are high taxes of Portugal, becoming competitive with online stores outside Portugal harder to achieve.

The Purchase Order and Costs
The products are original and reliable?
All products come from manufacturers matching, can attest that are unique because they are delivered in original packaging and sealed.
All our partner manufacturers have approved brands and proven quality.
It is mandatory to register me to buy?
It is not mandatory, you can make the purchase without registration, but in this case where you want to make a new purchase will have to fill all the data again.
Who has registration only needs to complete your login. In either case the data are protected not being supplied to third parties.
How to know if you received my order?
When you confirm your order on the system, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have your information and that the request is being processed. Will be provided in this e-mail your order number.

Can I buy lenses than those prescribed in the presciption?
It is not advisable to buy another type of lens because they were not prescribed by a specialist, may not be indicated for your eyes. In sporadic use until you can not do any harm, but surely over time will cause eye damage.
Can I buy lenses without prescription?
You can buy contact lenses without a prescription consultation if you was done consultation in the last 6 months and do not feel change graduation. Generally changed the graduation two years.
Bear in mind that the prescription was prescribed by a health professional eye (Optometrist or Ophthalmologist). The Projecto Optico Optometrists use their knowledge to improve our services, do not prescribe without observation of patients, so the Projecto Optico assumes no product liability prescribed by itself and can cause irreversible damage often.
What are the payments that accept in store?
We accept payment by ATM reference, bank transfer, Paypal (all credit cards) and payment on delivery.
Are your products include VAT?
Yes, contact lenses and ophthalmic lenses are taxed at 6%, other accessories as liquids and frames are taxed at 23%.
Shipping Order
What shipping options use?
We use the registered mail by CTT.
We also use the carrier CTT Expresso. When you need a more urgent delivery, reliability and convenience with the option CTT Expresso is optimal.
If you are not at the address indicated by you, CTT Expresso deliver in the CTT station nearest.
How long until I submit my order?
A large percentage of lenses is available in our stock, if the order is made before 16h, receives the order the next working day in Portugal. Depending on other countries, you can go up to 20 days.
If a lens manufacturing (high grades, astigmatism, multifocal, ...) can go to the 7 days. Where an order is made and processed the order to the factory, the customer receives an email with an estimated date of delivery.
Before sending the customer is notified again the day of delivery.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Can I cancel an order?
To cancel just contact us by email, phone or chat before you receive our email stating that the request was sent. Will subsequently receive an email from us with a confirmation of the cancellation.
If for some reason we have already shipped, you may return within 14 days with packaging intact.
Can I return products?
Yes, in case of dissatisfaction with our services you can return if the products are not open. We always recommend the use of customer support to resolve the dissatisfaction and to ensure improved services.
In case of return is refunded my money?
After the return of the product and verified that this condition has to be re-sold, your money will be refunded. Will be credited to the account you want.
Can I exchange products?
Yes, if before shipping, simply inform us that decision. After sending, it does not damage the product packaging, you can return the product stating that the exchange is desired.
In case of returns have to pay the shipping?
Yes, in case the return will bear the cost of shipping, but the Project Optico when performing refund includes the total value of the product and shipping.
